Entire staff over 3 days were outstanding, professional and courteous. This includes front desk agents late at night, and the ladies serving breakfast. Everything was designed to make our stay memorable, not just a plain overnight stay. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Visited this hotel for a wedding and it was great, I have been to multiple holiday inn express all around the country and this one by far the best! Staff was extremely friendly from letting us checking super early to always greeting us and asking if anything was need. Their breakfast buffet is good and has a good variety and options to chose from. They also offer delicious cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. The hotel has a lot of useful information and flyers of things to do while in area. Walk ability is also a high point of this hotel, there are restaurants, shops, bars and museums nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy to find, ample parking and clean hotel right where it matters most. Easy to get to from the highway makes this location a "must stay" hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were clean and modern/updated. There was a nice pool and a patio with a firepit also available.

One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful location downtown, in walking distance of several museums, restaurants, and bars. Beautiful views. Friendly staff and clean, updated interiors. A wonderful place to stay while visitint Pensacola.

Great location, most of the staff is friendly and keeps the main spaces very clean. The breakfast is great and a nice bonus. The rooms refrigerator and microwave are not very functional especially for longer stays. I would consider rebooking here on my next visit

Good mattress and lots of pillows. Good and varied breakfast selections. Ladies working this area were excellent and made you feel appreciated. Walk to all restaurants, shops and bars. Has pool, fire pit, grills and outdoor seating for nice weather.
